Aflac is seeking a Regional Sales Coordinator style role focused on advising businesses on supplemental insurance coverage and value-added services. You will work with business owners and HR reps to tailor employee benefit plans while pursuing leadership opportunities and licensing maintenance.

The position offers a field-based, flexible schedule with uncapped earning potential through commissions, bonuses, residuals, and stock, across multiple local locations.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work in a sales role advocating insurance products.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with business owners and HR representatives.
• Proven ethical approach and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Sales: presentations, B2B management, enrollment, guidance and education on insurance products.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: develop strategic/executable solutions for clients.
• Develop marketing strategy and generate leads.
• Build and manage customer relationships with business owners and clients.
• Lead and manage customer relationships and renewals.
• Provide benefits expertise as enroller, counselor, and worksite liaison.
• Maintain state licensing where required (Life/Health etc).
