Aflac seeks motivated benefits advisors to partner with business owners and HR professionals, designing supplemental insurance coverage and value-added services for employees. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, helping clients secure financial peace of mind through comprehensive benefit solutions.

This is a commission-based, non-salaried role with flexible schedules, multiple locations, and opportunities to grow through lead generation, marketing activities, and leadership of client relationships.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience welcome but not required.
• Maintenance of state licensing (Life/Health, etc.) may be required.

Responsabilités

• Sales activities including presentations, enrollment, guidance and education on insurance products.
• Develop and pursue entrepreneurial solutions for clients.
• Lead generation and marketing strategy to attract potential clients.
• Manage relationships with customers, business owners and HR representatives.
• Provide leadership in managing customer relationships and benefits expertise.
• Maintain state licensing requirements (Life/Health).
