Job summary

Aflac is seeking a Benefits Advisor to work with business owners and HR reps to plan supplemental insurance and add-on services for employees. The role emphasizes sales, customer relationships, and marketing strategies in a local, field-based setting with on-the-ground client interaction.

Training is provided, and advisors have the opportunity to control their earning potential through commissions, bonuses, and stock. Prior sales experience is welcome but not required.
