Qualifications

• Experience in sales is welcome but not required.
• Strong ability to work with business owners and HR representatives.
• Ability to develop marketing strategies and lead generation.
• Customer, client, and business owner relationship management.
• Leadership and management of customer relationships.
• Benefits expertise: enrollment, counseling, worksite liaison, communication preferences.
• Maintaining state licensing (Life and/or Health, or others) if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Sales responsibilities: presentations, B2B management, enrollment, guidance on insurance products.
• Entrepreneurial duties: provide strategic and executable client solutions.
• Develop marketing strategy and generate leads for clients.
• Manage relationships with customers, clients, and business owners.
• Lead and manage ongoing customer relationships and service quality.
• Provide benefits expertise in enrollment, counseling, and worksite liaison roles.
• Maintain state licensing where required (Life/Health).
