Job summary

Bridgewell seeks a Direct Support Professional to assist individuals with developmental and psychiatric disabilities in residential programs. You will support daily living activities, superviseive interactions, and skills training to foster independence within home and community settings.

Responsibilities include documentation, medication administration per MAP, and maintaining required certifications while collaborating with guardians and team members in a compassionate, client-centered

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication, clear documentation.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency web apps.
• Valid US driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide skills training in activities of daily living across shifts.
• Foster independence and decision-making for program participants.
• Document progress notes and required records per standards.
• Transport and accompany participants to medical, recreational, and community activities.
• Administer medications per MAP regulations and maintain certifications.
