Role: Incision Care Marketing Manager

In this role, you’ll provide marketing strategy and tools to the company’s sales force to increase market share and profitability in the operating room and startup environment. Responsibilities include product lifecycle management, achieving financial targets, developing and implementing marketing strategies for brands/products, supporting sales training, participating in product development, and building relationships with suppliers and key opinion leaders (KOLs). You will also prepare marketing plans, business reviews, budgets, and forecasts.

You’ll contribute in these key areas:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans, create product presentations, manage customer base, analyze costs and forecasts, and create long-term business and product development plans.
  • Maintain budgets, develop sales projections, create technical support materials, train sales teams, and strategize to protect and grow revenue.
  • Develop strategic plans for new and existing products, analyze market trends, coordinate with sales leaders, and establish networks with KOLs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on product strategies, align with global branding, pricing, and development strategies, and understand competitor activities.
  • Compare actual sales with forecasts, review marketing trends, and implement strategies to increase revenue and expand market presence in incision care.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, or Marketing; MBA preferred
  • 3-5 years healthcare experience, with knowledge of marketing strategies, brand management, forecasting, and P&L analysis
  • Experience in healthcare sales/marketing, preferably in operating room medical devices
