About the Role

Molnlycke is seeking an Incision Care Marketing Manager. In this role, you'll develop marketing strategies and tools to support the sales force, aiming to increase market share and profitability in the operating room and startup environments. Responsibilities include product lifecycle management, meeting financial targets, and developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies for both new and existing brands. You will also collaborate with external agencies for advertising and PR campaigns, train sales teams, participate in product development projects, and build relationships with suppliers and key opinion leaders (KOLs). Additionally, you'll prepare marketing plans, business reviews, budgets, and forecasts.

Key Contributions
  • Start-up mentality: Develop and execute marketing plans, create presentations, analyze customer data, and manage product demand forecasts.
  • Analytical skills: Manage budgets, develop sales projections, support marketing claims, and provide clinical support. Develop training materials and oversee marketing-related costs.
  • Strategic leadership: Plan for new and existing products, analyze market trends, coordinate with sales, and ensure alignment with overall brand and business strategies. Maintain relationships with KOLs.
  • Team collaboration: Provide marketing insights, participate in cross-functional teams, and align strategies with global and local marketing goals. Understand competitor strategies.
  • Product expertise: Monitor sales versus forecasts, recommend strategic adjustments, and implement business plans to increase revenue and market share in incision care.

What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, or Marketing; MBA preferred
  • 3-5 years of healthcare experience with knowledge of marketing strategies, brand management, forecasting, and P&L analysis
  • Experience in healthcare sales/marketing, preferably in operating room medical devices
