Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Global Building Automation Services Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts for building automation services worldwide. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our solutions globally, contributing to organizational growth, efficiency, and sustainability. This position is remote, supporting the East Coast of the US.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement marketing plans, campaigns, content, and collateral for Building Automation Services.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment.
  3. Define and communicate the value proposition of our solutions.
  4. Lead strategic narratives and support sales and demand generation teams.
  5. Create customer-centric content for digital channels, sales materials, whitepapers, and events.
  6. Utilize market insights to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  7. Coordinate with global teams to ensure consistent messaging.
  8. Promote Siemens' solutions and position Siemens as an industry leader.
  9. Continuously improve marketing activities by staying updated on best practices.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration.
  • At least 7 years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • Reside in EST or CST zones; support remote work on the East Coast.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% internationally.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years in the building automation industry.
  • Certifications in marketing or building automation (advantageous).
  • Understanding of building automation concepts and regulations.
  • Proven success in global marketing campaigns.
  • Strong communication, project management, and digital marketing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team.
Benefits & Compensation

  • Salary range: $89,670 - $153,720 plus annual incentives, based on experience and location.
