Job summary

Agency for Persons with Disabilities seeks an Incident Management Liaison to handle incident reports, communicate with regional teams, and ensure HIPAA compliance across the Incident Management System (IMS). This role interfaces with providers and Waiver Support Coordinators to maintain accurate records and timely follow-ups.

The position requires a high school diploma and experience with Microsoft Excel, with duties spanning data entry, reporting, and coordination in a state agency setting.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or its equivalent.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Forward critical incident reports to management staff and State Office.
• Review incident reports submitted by providers and enter into IMS.
• Follow up with providers to obtain missing information within required timeframes.
• Ensure wellness visits are conducted within required timeframes for abuse, neglect or exploitation allegations.
