Job summary

S:US in New York is seeking an Incident Management Specialist to protect the organization and the people we serve. You will ensure incidents are reported in compliance with regulatory requirements and that incident management activities are completed accurately and timely.

This role requires cross-department communication in a fast-paced environment, adherence to HIPAA and other regulations, training staff, data analysis, and reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in related field with minimum two years of healthcare or non-profit experience.
• Ability to interpret and apply incident management regulations and provide staff support.
• HIPAA and other regulatory requirements knowledge is expected.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary QA contact for incident management reporting and processes.
• Triages reports to ensure protective measures for consumer safety; attend daily triage meetings.
• Maintain incident management logs and draft monthly trend reports.
• Provide incident updates to stakeholders and coordinate with program leadership and HR for resolution.
