Job summary

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age required.
• HS diploma or equivalent; BA preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local regulations for IDD services.
• Experience with incident management, regulatory compliance and QA.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate timely and accurate reporting of incidents meeting regulatory criteria.
• Conduct investigations: interview staff, review docs, gather information.
• Serve as liaison to regulatory agencies and submit required reports.
• Develop and monitor corrective action plans; ensure effectiveness.
• Provide training on reporting procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain secure database of events; generate reports for management.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to reduce incidents.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
