Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and enter incident reports into the Incident Management System.
• Manage abuse, neglect, and exploitation reports while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinate with APD regional/state teams, providers, and Waiver Support Coordinators.
• Forward critical incident reports to management and ensure timely follow-ups with providers.
• Monitor wellness visits and ensure deadlines are met.
