CLEAResult seeks an Incentive Specialist to join the In-Home Energy Services processing team. You will support residential energy incentive delivery by processing applications, coordinating with partners, and ensuring program requirements are met with accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities

  • Review, process, and track incentive applications per program requirements.
  • Maintain professional relationships with community partners and internal teams.
  • Apply program rules consistently and request missing documentation when needed.
  • Identify discrepancies or compliance concerns and resolve them proactively.
  • Analyze data and workflows to identify process improvements and reduce errors.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Incentive Specialist to join our In-Home Energy Services processing team. In this role, you will support the successful delivery of residential energy efficiency incentives by processing applications, coordinating with community partners, and ensuring program requirements are met with accuracy, timeliness, and transparency. No phone work is required for this role. This position works closely with internal program teams, community-based organizations, and external partners to ensure high-quality incentive processing, proactive issue resolution, and positive partner and customer experiences. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, a customer-service mindset, and the focus and proactiveness to spot issues before they become problems, growing into full problem-solving as they learn our program.

  • Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with community partners, contractors, customers, and cross-functional internal teams
  • Accurately review, process, and track incentive applications in accordance with In-Home Energy Services program requirements
  • Apply program rules and eligibility criteria consistently while exercising sound judgment within defined guidelines
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, both written and verbally, when requesting additional documentation, explaining program requirements, or resolving issues
  • Identify discrepancies, data gaps, or potential compliance concerns and work proactively to resolve them
  • Analyze application data and workflow trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and error reduction
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
  • Document decisions, notes, and exceptions clearly to ensure transparency and continuity
Minimum Qualifications
  • Incentive processing or program administration
  • Energy efficiency or utility-funded programs
  • Customer service, administrative, or operational support roles
  • Strong attention to detail, with demonstrated experience reviewing documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfort working with databases or program management systems
  • Highly organized and dependable, with the ability to manage competing priorities and frequent interruptions
  • Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team

Target Compensation: $56,000 per year

DOT Requirements

If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

Compensation Range $48,800.00 - $66,300.00 Currency USD Type Salary

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example. CLEAResult will not provide sponsorship or support for immigration status or work authorization including for international students. Applicants must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without the need for employer sponsorship or support. Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks.
