Job summary

CLEAResult in the Denver metro area is looking for a Residential Energy Auditor to act as the local on-site company representative for residential customers. You will install energy-efficient equipment, conduct energy audits, verifications, and data gathering across a defined territory, and support Account Managers in promoting retrofits and new construction.

The role requires frequent travel within the territory, a valid driver's license, and a safety-conscious approach.

Qualifications

  • Requires 0–1 year of relevant industry experience.
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
  • BPI Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct residential energy audits.
  • Record inspection results and interactions to meet program requirements.
  • Provide input and status updates to program staff.

Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual... To join our team as a Residential Energy Auditor! You will act as a local on-site program and company representative to residential customers. Install energy-efficient equipment, conduct energy efficiency (re)audits, pre, and post-installation verifications, and other technical data gathering activities through a defined territory. Support Account Managers in their efforts to influence stakeholders to sell and/or install energy efficiency retrofits or new construction. Provides technical advice, guidance, and training on installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancement in accordance with client specifications. Troubleshoots technical problems and issues and recommends solutions. Successful candidates will reside in the Denver Metro Area for frequent travel within the territory. Company vehicle provided

Responsibilities

  • Act as local, on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors; to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers.
  • Travel throughout a defined territory, which can include day and overnight trips
Key Qualifications

Type of Work

This is a hybrid working environment, including remotely from home, in the office, and in the field supporting our customers. Work Schedule: This position follows a 4x10 schedule, with four 10-hour shifts per week. The schedule may be one of the following: Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday. Additionally, the role requires availability for one rotating Saturday per month. Options for trips to the Western slope Driving Are at least 21 years of age Valid driver's license Company vehicle provided

This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record.

Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.

DOT Requirements If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

Compensation Range

$20.70 - $31.00 Currency USD Type Hourly Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example. CLEAResult will not provide sponsorship or support for immigration status or work authorization including for international students. Applicants must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without the need for employer sponsorship or support. Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks.
