Job summary

CLEAResult seeks a detail-oriented Incentive Specialist to support residential energy efficiency incentives by processing applications, coordinating with partners, and ensuring program requirements are met with accuracy and timeliness. No phone work is required for this role; you will work with internal teams, community organizations, and external partners to deliver high-quality incentive processing.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in incentive processing or program administration.
  • Experience with energy efficiency or utility-funded programs is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with a customer focus.

Responsibilities

  • Review, process, and track incentive applications per program requirements.
  • Apply program rules and eligibility criteria with sound judgment.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders to request documents or resolve issues.
  • Identify data gaps and potential compliance concerns; resolve them proactively.
  • Analyze application data to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Document decisions and notes to ensure transparency and continuity.

In this role, you will support the successful delivery of residential energy efficiency incentives by processing applications, coordinating with community partners, and ensuring program requirements are met with accuracy, timeliness, and transparency. No phone work is required for this role. This position works closely with internal program teams, community-based organizations, and external partners to ensure high-quality incentive processing, proactive issue resolution, and positive partner and customer experiences. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, a customer-service mindset, and the focus and proactiveness to spot issues before they become problems, growing into full problem-solving as they learn our program.You're a Great Fit If You CanBuild and maintain positive, professional relationships with community partners, contractors, customers, and cross-functional internal teamsAccurately review, process, and track incentive applications in accordance with In-Home Energy Services program requirementsApply program rules and eligibility criteria consistently while exercising sound judgment within defined guidelinesCommunicate clearly and professionally, both written and verbally, when requesting additional documentation, explaining program requirements, or resolving issuesIdentify discrepancies, data gaps, or potential compliance concerns and work proactively to resolve themAnalyze application data and workflow trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and error reductionManage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detailDocument decisions, notes, and exceptions clearly to ensure transparency and continuityMinimum Qualifications2+ years of relevant experience in one or more of the following:- Incentive processing or program administration- Energy efficiency or utility-funded programs- Customer service, administrative, or operational support rolesStrong attention to detail, with demonstrated experience reviewing documentation for accuracy and completenessExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approachProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfort working with databases or program management systemsHighly organized and dependable, with the ability to manage competing priorities and frequent interruptionsProven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a teamTarget Compensation:$56,000 per yearDOT RequirementsIf applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.Compensation Range$48,800.00 - $66,300.00CurrencyUSDTypeSalaryAny offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.CLEAResult will not provide sponsorship or support for immigration status or work authorization including for international students.
