You will design data-driven solutions using SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, and Excel, and you will collaborate with stakeholders to shape sales deployment strategies.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with four years of analytical experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree; 4 years of analytical experience.
• Proficient in SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, and advanced MS Excel.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Understanding of business impact and data quality improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Designs, analyzes, implements, and maintains territory alignment.
• Owns quota setting process/tools & compensation reporting.
• Adapts to complex projects and problem solving.
• Consults with senior leaders to provide insights on sales deployment.
• Communicates sales crediting and territory alignment to Sr Directors/VPs.
• Drives change agility and implements positive changes.
• Collaborates across departments to resolve sales crediting data issues.
