Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Senior Sales Analyst (IC) in Immunology to shape incentive programs, analyze sales and incentive data, and develop compensation models. You will partner with IC Leads and collaborate with APEX, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to drive program effectiveness.

You will validate results, respond to field inquiries, and help translate complex data into actionable insights while supporting communications and training across the field organization.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in sales compensation, sales operations, or analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data accuracy.
• Hands-on experience with pharmaceutical sales data sources.

Responsibilities

• Support incentive program planning, design, modeling, implementation, and administration.
• Validate franchise-specific attainments, payouts and eligibility; investigate discrepancies.
• Lead the field sales Recognition program, including budget administration and communications.
• Extract, clean, combine, and transform sales and incentive data; perform quality checks.
