Job summary

AbbVie seeks a Senior Sales Analyst (IC), Immunology, to shape incentive programs and translate complex data into actionable insights. You will work with IC Leads and collaborate across APEX, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other functions to strengthen program effectiveness.

The role emphasizes analytics, communication, and cross-functional collaboration to drive fair, motivating incentives and data-driven decisions in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-diagnostic skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
• Hands-on experience with pharmaceutical sales data sources.
• Ability to connect detailed analysis to the broader business context.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support incentive program planning, design, modeling, implementation, and administration, including contests and kickers.
• Validate franchise-specific attainments, payouts, and eligibility; investigate discrepancies and prepare results for approval.
• Lead field sales Recognition program, including budget administration and communications.
• Extract, clean, transform, and analyze sales and incentive data; ensure accurate reporting and incentive results.
• Develop reporting and insights to guide business decisions and support SPIFF administration.
