Job summary

Revance Aesthetics, a unit of Revance Therapeutics, Inc., seeks a Sr. Sales Operations Analyst to own incentive compensation for the field sales team, including payouts, ICM tooling, validation, and controls. The senior IC role reports to the Sales Operations Manager and is remote.

The right candidate has 5+ years in incentive compensation, hands-on ICM experience, and strong Excel/SQL skills to drive scalable processes and auditable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years related experience.
• 5+ years analytic experience including 3+ in incentive compensation.
• Hands-on with ICM platforms (CaptivateIQ, Xactly, Varicent, Everstage, Spiff, SAP Commissions).
• Advanced Excel skills with lookups, pivot tables, and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer recurring incentive payouts for field sales.
• Help implement the ICM platform, test plans, and go-live.
• Serve as primary contact for pay inquiries and disputes.
• Prepare inputs: sales results, quotas, territory changes.
• Reconcile payouts and maintain controls for audit.
• Lead testing and ongoing administration of ICM tools.
• Develop reporting for attainment, payout, and plan costs.
• Document plan mechanics and exception handling.
• Partner on plan design analysis and what-if scenarios.
• Identify process improvements to shorten cycle time.
• Support territory and quota planning analytics.
