Job summary

Arvato Supply Chain Solutions is seeking an Inbound Team Lead to support daily warehouse operations and work closely with Supervisors. You will coordinate workflows, assign tasks, and monitor performance to ensure efficiency in a fast-paced inbound environment.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience in warehousing, strong Excel and SAP skills, and excellent communication. The role requires lifting up to 60 pounds and ability to work a shift pattern including mornings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Two years of leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Strong Excel skills, able to create worksheets and present data.
• Experience with SAP and ability to review and report transactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to lift 60 pounds and handle cartons at height.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations in the inbound department and support Supervisors.
• Coordinate workflows and assign tasks to warehouse associates.
• Monitor performance targets and communicate risks to Supervisors.
• Develop recovery plans for at-risk targets with supervision.
• Report exceptions and drive daily efficiency improvements.
• Oversee inventory levels of consumables and create SAP requisitions.
• Manage shift coverage and flex hours as needed.
