Arvato Supply Chain Solutions is seeking an Inbound Team Lead to support daily warehouse operations in Louisville, KY. You will coordinate workflows, assign tasks to associates, monitor transactions, and drive efficiency in a fast-paced inbound environment.

Qualifications include 2+ years of warehouse leadership, strong Excel skills, and experience with SAP. The role requires commuting to 2500 Export Drive, Louisville, KY 40219, with a 7:00 am – 3:30 pm EST schedule and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse/distribution center environment.
• Strong Excel skills for data reporting and worksheets.
• Experience with SAP and RF systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate inbound warehouse workflows and staff.
• Monitor performance targets and communicate risks to Supervisors.
• Coordinate with control tower, inventory, transportation and other teams to meet targets.
• Track transactions and investigate/recover exceptions (Over/Under/Missing/Damages).
• Maintain daily efficiency reports and identify areas for improvement.
