Job summary

Arvato Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a proactive Inbound Team Lead to support daily warehouse operations at our Shepherdsville, KY site. You will coordinate workflows, assign tasks to warehouse associates, monitor transactions, and ensure smooth inbound performance in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of leadership in a warehouse, strong Excel skills, SAP experience, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Two years of leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Strong Excel skills and data reporting ability.
• Experience with SAP systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift 60 pounds overhead.
• Able to climb and stack cartons up to 15 feet.
• Push/pull a pallet jack up to 1500 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflows and assign tasks for warehouse associates.
• Monitor transactions and daily inbound performance.
• Collaborate with Control Tower, Inventory, and inbound teams to meet targets.
• Identify risks of missed targets and implement recovery plans.
• Communicate exceptions to the Account Team.
• Support daily improvement and report efficiency.
• Oversee personnel in a professional manner.
• Shift flexibility as needed.
