Job summary

Arvato Supply Chain Solutions seeks an experienced Inbound Team Lead to guide daily warehouse operations, coordinate workflows and mentor frontline staff in a fast-paced setting.

You will partner with Control Tower, Inventory and Transportation teams, master RF/Conveyor/SAP systems, monitor targets, and deploy recovery plans to ensure on-time delivery and safety. This role offers growth opportunities and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• At least two years of leadership in a warehouse environment.
• Strong Excel skills with ability to create and review data reports.
• Experience using SAP in daily operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift 60 pounds and operate pallet jacks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflows for warehouse associates and monitor daily inbound performance.
• Assign and track tasks across the inbound department to meet targets.
• Utilize RF, Conveyor, and SAP systems to manage transactions and reporting.
• Identify risks to targets and communicate them to Supervisors with recovery plans.
• Collaborate with Control Tower, Inventory, Transportation, and other teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee adherence to safety and company policies while maintaining team development.
