Job summary

Arvato is seeking an Inbound Team Lead to steer daily warehouse operations, coordinating workflows and monitoring performance with Supervisors. You will oversee inbound processes, manage associates, and ensure accurate, efficient execution in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with multiple teams to minimize risks, optimize stock, and drive improvements in inventory control and productivity while maintaining safety standards and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Formal leadership experience in a fast-paced distribution or warehouse setting.
• Strong problem solving, decision making, planning and organizational skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily inbound operations, coordinate workflows and assign tasks to warehouse associates.
• Track transactions and monitor performance against targets.
• Identify risks and implement recovery plans with supervisors and teams.
