Job summary

Arvato is hiring a Team Lead to support Supervisors in daily warehouse operations. You will oversee daily work assignments, monitor transactions, and lead the team with a focus on safety and efficiency as part of the operations group.

You will serve as the expert in RF, Conveyor, and SAP systems, coordinating with multiple ops teams to meet performance targets and communicate risks promptly. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, plus hands-on SAP experience.

Qualifications

• Two years of leadership experience in a warehouse/distribution center environment is required.
• Proficient in Excel and SAP; ability to create worksheets, review data and generate reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; safety mindset and 7S practices.

Responsibilities

• Be the expert in RF, Conveyor, and SAP systems.
• Coordinate with ops teams to ensure daily targets are met.
• Monitor area activity and communicate risks to Supervisors.
• Coordinate and prepare recovery plans for at-risk targets with supervision.
• Communicate exceptions to the Account Team (e.g., inbound damage, missing part numbers).
• Follow up on issues as needed and identify areas for daily improvement.
• Monitor inventory levels of consumables and create SAP requisitions.
