Job summary

Arvato Supply Chain Solutions seeks an Inbound Team Lead to support daily warehouse operations and work closely with Supervisors. You will coordinate workflows, assign tasks to associates, track transactions, and ensure efficient inbound performance in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead, communicate, and drive improvements across control tower, inventory control, transportation, inbound, pick/pack, shipping, and service delivery teams, with a focus on accuracy and collaboration.

Qualifications

• At least two years of leadership experience in a warehouse/distribution center.
• Strong Excel skills and data reporting ability.
• Experience with SAP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to lift 60 pounds overhead.
• Must be able to climb and stack cartons to 15 feet.
• Must be able to push and pull pallets up to 1500 pounds.
• Shift: AShift Sunday–Tuesday, 6:00 AM–6:30 PM, every other Saturday 6:00 AM–6:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflows and monitor daily targets for inbound operations.
• Assign and monitor tasks for warehouse associates.
• Track transactions and ensure smooth inbound performance.
• Communicate exceptions and recovery plans to Supervisors and Account Team.
• Identify areas for improvement with the local team and report daily efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels of consumables and create SAP requisitions as needed.
• Oversee personnel in a professional manner.
• Maintain flexibility with shift hours as needed.
