Job summary

Sysco Houston is seeking an experienced Inbound Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day inbound activities, ensure safety and accuracy in receiving, and drive efficiency in a fast-paced distribution center.

You will lead warehouse staff, manage space and equipment, monitor budgets, collaborate with procurement and logistics, and coach teams to meet performance targets while protecting products and reducing losses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Upper-level education preferred.
• Pass mandatory ergonomics testing.

Responsibilities

• Develops and promotes warehouse goals and budgets with operations management.
• Supervises warehouse staff and ensures safety and security of operations.
• Oversees receiving, inventory control and proper slotting of products.
• Monitors performance, conducts trainings, and evaluates staff.
• Maintains payroll process and personnel records as required.
