Job summary

Qualifications

• Upper-level education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and promotes warehouse goals with operations management.
• Assists in planning and developing a warehouse operating budget.
• Evaluates warehouse operations for fiscal management within budget.
• Maintains interdepartmental communications to improve efficiency.
• Identifies problems and proposes solutions to improve warehouse operations.
• Supervises staff to maintain warehouse efficiency.
• Ensures accurate receiving and correct product slotting.
• Oversees safety and security compliance to reduce accidents and loss.
• Directs payroll processing weekly for affected employees.
• Assists in recruitment and onboarding to improve retention.
