Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee safe receipt, storage and dispatch of goods, ensuring health and safety standards and stock security. You will plan layouts and organize stock, while achieving productivity targets and operating automated storage systems.

You will supervise PO processing, inventory control, and training, while coordinating with customer service to resolve issues and maintain efficient warehouse performance.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of Supply Chain/Warehouse and Management experience.
• Proficiency with various Warehouse Management platforms and Inventory systems.
• Computer applications using MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Possess or ability to pass forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily processing of all Purchase Orders and Stock Purchase Orders to ensure flow through Admin and Back Office systems.
• Ensure product is warehoused and disbursed to the picking line within the time frame; process Instawarehouse PO cycles to completion.
• Oversee daily warehouse order processing and ensure Pick Tickets/Products are shipped from the warehouse.
• Manage receiving, inventory control, and returns; monitor Direct and True Bins for accurate inventory control.
• Assist with expediting customer service orders and monitoring orders/inventory for completion.
• Input data, provide training, supervise staff, oversee workflow, and resolve problems.
