Job summary

Arvato is seeking a proactive Inbound Team Lead to support daily warehouse operations and lead a team of warehouse associates. You will coordinate workflows, assign and monitor tasks, and track transactions across the inbound department to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

You will collaborate with Supervisors to own daily performance, manage exceptions, and drive improvements in accuracy and efficiency within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a fast-paced distribution center is required.
• Proven leadership experience demonstrated in prior roles.
• Strong problem solving, planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office; safety knowledge expected.

Responsibilities

• Be the expert in RF, Conveyor, and SAP systems.
• Coordinate with operations teams to meet performance targets.
• Monitor area activity and report risks to Supervisors.
• Prepare recovery plans for at-risk targets with supervision.
• Communicate exceptions to the Account Team (e.g., inbound damage, missing parts).
• Follow up on issues as needed and drive daily improvements.
• Oversee personnel professionally and assign cycle counts as needed.
