Job summary

ACT Advanced Call Center Technologies is seeking a Call Center Representative to handle inbound customer questions related to billing, payments, fraud alerts, internet and cell services, and mortgage servicing. You will be a-driven problem solver who aims to meet service and sales goals while delivering excellent customer care.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, prior call center experience preferred, strong typing, and the ability to multitask while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous call center or customer assistance experience preferred.
• Good typing skills and ability to navigate multiple screens and applications.

Responsibilities

• Responds promptly to customer needs; solicits customer feedback to improve service; responds to requests for service and assistance.
• Maintains confidentiality; listens to others without interrupting; keeps emotions under control; remains open to others' ideas and tries new things.
