Inside Out Hiring is seeking a Senior Account Executive – Recruitment to own the full sales cycle in a 100% inbound role. You will close deals based on real sales conversations, with prospects booking onto your calendar from our Meta campaigns.

You will manage the full pipeline in GoHighLevel, maintain high-quality leads, and work directly with the company owner to drive growth in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of proven closing experience; not an appointment setter.
• Executive presence to drive decisions in conversations.
• Experience managing a pipeline with a CRM; GoHighLevel is a strong plus.
• Highly organized, self-managed with disciplined follow-up.
• Coachable, team-oriented, hungry for improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Run scheduled sales calls over Google Meet using our pitch deck.
• Manage your full pipeline in GoHighLevel—from booked meeting to closed deal.
• Follow up consistently with prospects until they convert or close out.
• Own your numbers and your process end-to-end.
• Participate in daily team trainings and coaching sessions to constantly level up.
