United Site Services in Meridian, Idaho is hiring a Sales Development Representative, Inbound (SDR). You will qualify and manage inbound leads, work with marketing on campaigns, and help connect potential customers with the sales team to grow revenue.

You will maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce, build relationships with customers, and profile strategic accounts to identify needs and present USS solutions. A proactive, metrics-driven mindset is essential to meet KPIs and quotas.

Responsabilidades

• Outbound and inbound lead qualification and outreach campaigns
• Manage Inbound Business Sales Queue in collaboration with sales
• Respond to inquiries from website and manage shared mailbox
• Sell USS product offerings in the market and build long-term partnerships
• Work toward revenue targets, quotas, and KPIs set by supervisor
• Maintain CRM activity and lead qualification to ensure customer needs are met
• Profile strategic accounts and present solutions to start the sale cycle
• Serve as subject matter expert on USS products and services
• Produce quotes and orders in Salesforce
• Manage individual case management box in Salesforce
• Perform other duties as required
