Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming customer calls through the TOPREGAL sales hotline.
• Provide professional, friendly, and timely support via phone and email.
• Handle helpdesk tickets and resolve customer issues in a timely, professional, and customer-focused manner.
• Accurately enter and maintain customer information in our ERP system.
• Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, including order processing.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Support sales management and collaborate with team members on various projects and initiatives.
• Help identify opportunities to improve internal processes and customer satisfaction.
