Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience handling inbound sales or customer inquiries.
• Ability to quote and process orders accurately.
• CRM/ERP experience (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Cross-selling or upselling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls and emails.
• Create quotes and enter orders accurately.
• Track activity in Salesforce and ERP.
