MCI is seeking a Full-Time Inbound Sales Representative to assist customers who contact us with questions and purchasing needs. This remote, work-at-home role offers the opportunity to build relationships and recommend products that best fit each customer’s needs.

You will answer inbound calls, understand customer needs, guide them through the purchasing process, document interactions, and strive to meet sales goals while delivering outstanding service from anywhere in the United States.
