Job summary

United Site Services is seeking an Inbound Inside Sales Representative to handle inbound calls, provide quotes for multiple product lines, convert quotes to orders, and identify opportunities for future business. You will play a key role in generating new revenue, growing existing accounts, and maintaining customer relationships.

The role requires high energy, strong sales skills, and the ability to build value through clear communication.

Qualifications

• 3 Sales experience required
• Strong ability to overcome objections and close sales
• Excellent active listening and attention to detail
• Proficient with technology and USS systems

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage customers to meet their needs with the appropriate products and services
• Close the sale on the initial call when possible
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill customer requests in a timely manner
• Maintain knowledge of USS products and services and communicate value
• Identify opportunities for future business and upsell where appropriate
• Provide exceptional customer service with accurate information and follow-up
• Stay updated on system and procedural changes and contribute to process improvements
• Perform other duties as required
