Guardian Tax is seeking an ambitious Inside Sales Representative to join our top-performing team in a fast-paced, in-office environment. You’ll work with warm inbound leads and receive hands-on training to sharpen your sales skills.

We provide leads, training, and support; no cold calling. Earn base pay plus commissions with up to 15% commission and performance incentives. This full-time role offers an energetic, growth-focused atmosphere on our sales floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication skills and drive to succeed.
• Willing to learn tax industry basics.

Responsibilities

• Handle warm inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns
• Speak with consumers seeking solutions to IRS and state tax problems
• Conduct professional phone consultations
• Identify client needs and propose services
• Follow a proven sales process from consultation through close
• Meet individual and team sales goals
• Maintain CRM with accurate client data
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching
