Graybar Electric Company, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be a key contact for customers, entering orders and handling requests with timeliness and courtesy.

You will interact with customers on an ongoing basis, providing support for product selection and application while coordinating requests such as order entry, pricing, expediting, and billing. The role emphasizes strong communication, a proactive sales mindset on inbound calls, and a commitment to top-notch customer

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact.
• Some retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• High School education 2 year or 4 year degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensure every customer experience is top notch in quality.
• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and written correspondence in a professional, timely manner, ensuring follow up on all customer issues.
• Take an active role in selling Graybar goods and services on inbound calls.
• Provide support on product selection and application.
• Coordinate customer service requests including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit and claims.
