Graybar is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be a key contact for customers, ensuring total satisfaction by handling orders, inquiries and requests in a timely, professional and courteous manner.

You will respond to inbound and outbound calls and written correspondence, assist with product selection, coordinate service requests, and support pricing, billing and order maintenance to keep customers happy.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• A passion for customer service.
• Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact.
• 2+ years experience preferred.
• High School education.
• 2 year or 4 year degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact for customers and ensure total satisfaction.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls and written correspondence in a professional, timely manner.
• Enter orders and manage pricing, expediting, billing, and credits/claims.
• Provide support on product selection and application.
• Coordinate service requests including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit and claims.
