Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Sales and Customer Solutions Representative in our Phoenix call center. You will handle inbound calls, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services while keeping customers satisfied.

You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with Monday–Friday hours, primarily in-office. We value reliability, clear communication, and a customer-first mindset, with opportunities for growth and competitive pay with incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of sales experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Flexible schedule and overtime as needed.
• Knowledge of telecom services including Video, Internet, Voice, and Mobile.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer issues in real time.
• Upsell or cross-sell products and services as appropriate.
• Explain products clearly and retain or re-sell to customers.
• Process orders in the billing system for retained accounts and new sales.
• Meet call handling metrics and maintain customer satisfaction.
