Job summary

Spectrum is hiring a Sales and Customer Solutions Representative in Charlotte, NC. This in-office role focuses on handling inbound calls, resolving issues in real time, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell Spectrum products and services.

You will be the first point of contact, building customer satisfaction and loyalty while contributing to Spectrum’s brand. A high school diploma and 1+ year of sales experience are required, with a customer-focused mindset and strong

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of sales experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to communicate in a clear, professional manner.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule and overtime as requested.
• Working knowledge of telecommunications services including Video, Internet, Voice and Mobile products.
• Ability to use computer and multiple software applications simultaneously.
• Ability to demonstrate a record of success in your sales career to date.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer issues in real time.
• Upsell or cross-sell products and services when appropriate.
• Explain products and services and address billing inquiries.
• Process orders in the billing system for retained accounts and new sales.
