Job summary

Spectrum in Phoenix is seeking a Supervisor for Residential Inbound Sales to lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while achieving residential sales goals. The role focuses on coaching, daily activity oversight, and adherence to the sales process in a fast-paced call center.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of inside sales experience with commercial experience preferred.
• 1+ years of supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in inside sales.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily execution of the inbound sales model and oversee team sales activities to meet revenue and performance goals.
• Provide coaching and development to Sales Representatives by monitoring interactions, tracking performance metrics, and delivering timely individual feedback.
• Monitor calls and performance metrics, provide timely individual feedback and coaching.
• Motivate the team and lead regular meetings to review results, share best practices, and reinforce sales behaviors and standards.
• Partner with Marketing and other departments to monitor campaign performance, provide post-launch feedback, and remove obstacles to sales execution.
• Perform staffing and administrative activities including recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, approving time off and timesheets, reconciling commissions, and approving customer credits in line with policy.
