Qualifications

• Currently in final year of Bachelor's degree or within 24 months of graduation.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Preferred: work or volunteer experience in sales, customer service, health care, or health insurance.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls to identify customer needs and qualify leads for enrollment.
• Ask questions, document information accurately, and advise on products that meet needs.
• May make outbound calls to follow up or review products and services.
• Assist customers with enrollment applications over the phone with complete, accurate information.
• Meet performance, attendance and customer experience goals.
• Maintain licensure and annual product certification as required.
