Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of high-volume call center experience.
• 1 year using CRM or EHR software.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and messages promptly and professionally.
• Schedule patient appointments using our EHR system.
• Respond to patient questions and concerns and route issues accordingly.
• Document patient communications accurately in our CRM.
• Provide a welcoming and helpful experience during every interaction.
• Assist with administrative tasks and other team needs as needed.
