• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of high-volume call center experience preferred.
• Experience using CRM/EHR software or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Great attention to detail and ability to multitask.

• Willingness to undergo routine background checks.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming and outbound calls and messages promptly and professionally.
