The Genuine Parts Company is seeking an Inbound Operations Supervisor to lead receiving, stocking and inbound freight activities, ensuring on-time scheduling, accurate paperwork, and safe, efficient operations.

You will supervise warehouse teams, drive cost-saving initiatives, and foster engagement and problem-solving while enforcing quality and adherence to safety rules in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience leading small-to-mid teams in a distribution setting.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound operations and instruct staff to perform work and troubleshoot as needed.
• Design and maintain organization of inbound freight, receiving dock, stocking activities, and related protocols.
• Enforce safety rules and cost-saving initiatives to improve efficiency and safety.
• Schedule team hours for peak periods and ensure adequate coverage.
• Investigate receiving errors with the team to mitigate future issues and reconcile loads daily.
