Job summary

Sysco is seeking an Inbound Manager for the Central Florida region. You will oversee all processes related to products received into the warehouse, manage manpower, motivate associates, and ensure compliance with safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma, associates or bachelors preferred.
• 3–5 years produce industry experience.
• 3 years supervisory/leadership experience.
• Forklift and pallet experience and certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects.
• Overseeing daily receiving, selection processes on the dock and in the coolers.
• Communicating with the receiving team and procurement team on daily basis to explore opportunities within the inbound processes.
• Continuously reviews standard operating procedures to create efficiencies.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed.
• Hire, motivate, discipline, terminate, develop, train, coach and evaluating selectors and quality inspectors on the dock.
• Develop warehouse goals and objectives with operations management in planning and supervising activities.
• Department planning including scheduling, staffing and budget decisions.
