Sysco Corp. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee day warehouse operations, including receiving, replenishment, and safety.

You will direct warehouse staff, ensure temperature-controlled handling, and maintain QA standards across inbound activities. Responsibilities include managing Will Call operations, labor budgeting, shift scheduling, and ensuring adherence to OSHA, HACCP, and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years related experience.
• 2 or 4-year college degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or similar major preferred.
• Obtain a Powered Industrial Equipment Certification from Sysco within 3 months.

Responsabilités

• Supervises daily work and safety of employees engaged in receiving, replenishing and storing inbound products.
• Manages Will Call functions including replenishment, selection and loading while maintaining proper temperature controls and QA guidelines.
• Oversees labor hours within budget and prepares work schedules.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements (OSHA, FDA, USDA, etc.).
