Sysco Corp. in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee day warehouse activities, including receiving, replenishment, and storage of inbound products, while ensuring safety, security, and adherence to quality guidelines.

You will schedule staff, monitor labor costs, coordinate with third party unloaders, manage HACCP documentation, and drive continuous improvement in productivity and accuracy across the facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 2- or 4-year college degree in Business Management or Supply Chain preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience and/or training.
• Powered Industrial Equipment Certification within 3 months required by Sysco.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily work and safety of employees in receiving, replenishing and storing inbound products.
• Manage Will Call functions including replenishment, selection, and loading with proper temperature controls.
• Monitor labor hours and consumables within budget; prepare work schedules.
• Ensure proper use of assets and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with Safety to conduct training, observations, and safety inspections.
• Coordinate inbound operations with third-party unloading and scheduling teams.
• Maintain HACCP, food safety, and catch-weight documentation accuracy.
• Support training and cross-training of associates and communicate shift changes.
